what we collect

• Demo submissions: artist name, email, track link, genre, and anything you tell us about the track. Used only to listen to your demo and reply if it’s right for the label.
• Newsletter signups: your email address. Used only to send label news if you asked for it.
• Contact messages: name, email, and your message. Used only to reply.
• Partner access codes: when a code is used, so one-time codes stay one-time.

where it lives

Submissions are stored in our own Cloudflare storage. Nothing is sent to outside services, ad networks, or data brokers. This site loads no third-party trackers.

cookies

The public site sets no cookies. The partner admin area uses a single session cookie to keep the code manager logged in — nothing else.

deletion

Want your data deleted? Email us at contact email coming soon from the address you submitted with, and we’ll remove your submissions.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here.
